2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using AnoShield, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Description of Services

AnoShield provides privacy-focused digital services including:

• AnoCard: Virtual debit card services
• AnoBridge: Cryptocurrency exchange and bridging
• AnoVPN: Virtual private network services
• AnoSIM: eSIM and virtual phone number services
• AnoGift: Gift card purchasing
• AnoPay: Payment link generation

4. Account and Security

Your account is identified by an anonymous identifier generated on your device. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device
• All activities that occur under your anonymous identifier
• Keeping your account credentials confidential
• Backing up any important information

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Launder money or finance illegal activities
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Distribute malware or engage in hacking
• Abuse, harass, or harm others
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Circumvent any security measures

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments are made in cryptocurrency. Transactions on blockchain networks are irreversible by nature. Please ensure all transaction details are correct before confirming.

• Prices are displayed in USD equivalent
• Exchange rates are determined at the time of transaction
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to your account balance
• Some services may not be eligible for refunds once activated

7. Referral Program

Our referral program allows you to earn rewards by referring new users:

• You receive 15% commission on referred users' balance top-ups
• Referral rewards are credited to your account balance
• Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals are prohibited
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services integrate with third-party providers. Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party service providers.

The AnoShield application, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANOSHIELD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnoShield and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or app. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
